Bring the decision your team can’t afford to get wrong.
In one structured session, expose stakeholder resistance, challenge the current lean, and leave with an executive-ready artifact your team can act on.
The Workshop begins with one of two Decision Lab modes.
Pressure-Test a Decision
Find what breaks before the market does.
You have a current direction or defined options and need to know what could break, what must be true, and where stakeholders will resist.
Exploratory Q&A
Find the decision worth making.
You need to explore an issue or opportunity, uncover themes and tensions, and identify the decision that should come next.
You bring the decision. Strategical builds the room, facilitates the challenge, and delivers the brief.
In 90 focused minutes, turn an important decision or question into clearer direction, evidence gaps, and recommended next actions.

When one workshop reveals a recurring need.
Continue with a Decision Practice — a recurring engagement that helps your team frame, pressure-test, and document important decisions as they arise.
Ongoing engagements are scoped around decision volume, facilitation needs, and internal ownership.
Frequently asked
- Who should participate in a workshop?
- The people closest to the decision and accountable for its outcome — typically the decision owner plus the leaders whose teams would be affected by it. Up to five people for a core team is typical.
- Who owns the work after the workshop?
- You do. The Decision Brief, stakeholder set, and recommendations are yours to use, share internally, and act on however you see fit.
- What happens after the first workshop?
- You receive your Decision Brief and recommended next actions. A single Workshop may be enough to resolve one decision. If the session reveals a recurring need, you can continue into a guided or ongoing engagement.
- What happens after I click "Pressure-Test a Decision"?
- You’ll tell us briefly about the decision and what is at stake. Strategical will schedule a context call, build the relevant stakeholder room, frame the session with you, facilitate the Workshop, and deliver the resulting Decision Brief. Nothing is charged until the engagement is confirmed.
