Ensuring that team members you invite comply with these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice.

Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written consent.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all personas, research data, and other content you create using the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Personas and insights generated by our AI features based on your input are considered part of Your Content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

Our Platform: The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated personas and insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the account management page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
