We integrate with the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Stripe — Processes subscription payments and billing. Stripe collects and processes payment card data under its own privacy policy. We do not store your full card details.

OpenAI — Powers our AI persona generation and workshop features. Data sent to OpenAI for processing is governed by our data processing agreement and is not used to train their models.

Resend — Handles transactional email delivery (invitations, password resets, notifications). Only email addresses and message content necessary for delivery are shared.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

Account data is retained until you request deletion or your account is terminated.

Persona research data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation.

Usage analytics are retained in aggregated form for up to 24 months.
