If you sign in or register through a third-party provider, we may receive profile or authentication information from that provider.
Platform, Workshop, and Decision Data: When you use the Strategical platform, we may collect content and information you submit or generate through the Services, including company context; customer, buyer, or stakeholder personas; intake form responses; workshop questions and responses; Decision Lab sessions; Decision Records, Decision Briefs, summaries, and AI-generated outputs; notes, documents, prompts, assumptions, risks, or other materials you provide; and organization, workspace, or account-related content. This information may be associated with your account, company, workspace, or organization.
Event and Webinar Data: If you register for or attend a Strategical webinar, demo, workshop, or event, we may collect registration information (such as name, email, company, title, and registration responses), attendance status, chat messages, Q&A submissions, poll responses, engagement data, questions or comments you submit before, during, or after the event, and recording-related information.
Our webinars and events may be recorded. If you participate through chat, Q&A, audio, video, or other interactive features, your participation may be captured in the recording or related event records.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, regulated, or highly confidential business information through public webinar registration forms, chat, Q&A, or other event features.
Usage and Analytics Information: We may automatically collect information about how you interact with our website and Services, including pages visited, features used, session duration, referring pages or campaign links, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, log data, error reports, usage patterns, and campaign attribution data. Strategical uses AI systems and third-party AI service providers to generate decision intelligence, persona responses, workshop outputs, summaries, and related insights.
Information you submit to the Services may be processed by AI systems to provide the requested functionality. We take reasonable steps to use AI providers and settings designed to protect customer data and prevent unauthorized use of submitted data for model training where applicable.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information, documents, or materials you provide to the Services.

Stripe — Processes payments, subscriptions, billing, invoices, and related transactions. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details.
OpenAI and other AI providers — Power AI-assisted persona generation, workshop features, decision analysis, summaries, and related platform functionality.
Zoom — Provides webinar registration, event hosting, attendance tracking, webinar communications, chat, Q&A, and recording access.
